Texas Attorney General Abbott and Ten Other Attorneys Generals Express Concerns about the Obama Administration's Changes to the AffordableCare Act

Texas Attorney General Greg Abbott and ten other attorneys general are charging that the Obama administration has proposed changes to the Affordable Care Act that “both compounds illegal executive action and fails to protect the privacy of consumers using the health insurance exchanges.” The attorneys general outlined their concerns in a letter to U.S. Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius.
