UNIDAD DE TRATA DE PERSONAS

En el Condado de Johnson, Peter Tkatschenko III fue arrestado el 22 de febrero bajo dos órdenes de arresto pendientes por dos cargos de Posesión De Pornografía Infantil. Tkatschenko III fue transportado a la Cárcel del Condado de Johnson sin incidentes, después de negarse a una entrevista. El Departamento de Policía de Burleson hará un seguimiento con cargos adicionales por robo.

UNIDAD DE EXPLOTACIÓN INFANTIL

En el Condado de Palo Pinto, Travis Benton Bounds fue arrestado el 11 de febrero bajo cinco órdenes de arresto por Promoción De Pornografía Infantil y se declaró culpable de cinco cargos de Posesión De Pornografía Infantil. Fue condenado a seis años de confinamiento. Este caso fue remitido por un informe de NCMEC CyberTipline.

En el Condado de Trinity, Timothy Michael Zawodny fue arrestado el 22 de febrero bajo un cargo de Posesión De Pornografía Infantil y un cargo de Promoción De Pornografía Infantil. Zawodny confesó haber fabricado pornografía infantil donde su hija de 8 años era el sujeto de la imagen. Zawodny fue transportado a la Cárcel Del Condado De Trinity y registrado sin incidentes. Zawodny también recibió una orden de arresto por Indecencia Con Un Niño Con Contacto Sexual el 23 de febrero, después de que su hija de 6 años alegó que fue víctima de contacto sexual por parte de Zawodny. El cargo adicional fue impuesto a Zawodny en la Cárcel de la Oficina del Sheriff del Condado de Trinity, ya que Zawodny ya estaba registrado bajo cargos de la Unidad de Explotación Infantil desde el día anterior. Este caso fue remitido por un informe de NCMEC CyberTipline.

UNIDAD DE DELITOS ESPECIALES

En los Condados de Gregg y Harrison, Douglas Andrew Burks fue arrestado el 24 de febrero después de haber sido acusado previamente por un gran jurado del Condado de Gregg bajo cargos de Robo, un delito grave de segundo grado, Mal Uso De Propiedad Fiduciaria, un delito grave de segundo grado y Declaración Falsa Para Obtener Crédito, un delito grave de cárcel estatal. Burks es el presidente de White Oak Cemetery, Inc., una organización sin fines de lucro, y se alega que ha hecho un mal uso de aproximadamente $300,000 en fondos del cementerio para beneficio personal. Su casa fue incautada conforme a una orden de incautación. Este caso fue remitido para investigación por el Departamento de Policía de White Oak y está siendo procesado por el Subprocurador General Dorian Cotlar. El Sargento Stan Head investigó originalmente este caso y el Sargento Adam Madore es actualmente el investigador principal. El Auditor Forense Supervisor Kyle Swihart completó la auditoría forense para este caso y los elementos de la Unidad de Delitos Especiales.

UNIDAD DE APREHENSIÓN DE FUGITIVOS

En el Condado de Bexar, Rudy Cantú, un miembro de la pandilla Mafia Mexicana, fue arrestado el 18 de febrero bajo una orden de arresto pendiente por Delincuente En Posesión De Un Arma De Fuego de la Administración para el Control de Drogas (DEA, por sus siglas en inglés). El grupo especial de United States Marshals Lone Star Fugitive Task Force ayudó con este arresto.

En el Condado de Bexar, Ryatt Ryan Aguilar fue arrestado el 18 de febrero bajo una orden de arresto pendiente por Asalto Agravado Con Un Arma Mortal. El grupo especial de United States Marshals Lone Star Fugitive Task Force ayudó con esta aprehensión.

 

In Blanco County, Drew Elliot Mitchell was arrested on February 25 for violating the terms of his parole by absconding in Round Mountain. Mitchell was previously convicted of Assault of Family/Household Member by Impeding Breath and sentenced to 4 years in prison. Mitchell is also on parole for Possession of a Controlled Substance.  

In Brazoria County, Kristen Jay Bordelon was arrested on February 25 for an outstanding warrant for Indecency with Child. The Gulf Coast Violent Offender Task Force in Galveston assisted with this apprehension. 

In Galveston County, Bryan Sanchez-Hernandez was arrested on February 18 for an outstanding warrant for Sexual Assault of a Child - a Second Degree Felony. The Gulf Coast Violent Offender Task Force in Galveston assisted in this arrest. 

In Galveston County, Jason Michael Valdez was arrested on February 22 for outstanding warrants for Injury to a Child/Elderly/Disable with Intent Bodily Injury, Aggravated Robbery, and Assault Family Violence - Failure to Appear. The Gulf Coast Violent Offender Task Force in Galveston assisted with this apprehension. 

In Galveston County, Herashio Durell Moore was arrested on February 24 for three outstanding warrants for Murder, Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon, and Unlawful Possession of a Firearm by Convicted Felon. The Gulf Coast Violent Offender Task Force in Galveston assisted with this arrest. 

In Guadalupe County, Marcus Garcia Tovar was arrested on February 22 for violating the terms of his parole by failing to report. Tovar was previously convicted as a juvenile of Aggravated Sexual Assault of a Child and Indecency with a Child. Tovar was sentenced to a 10-year determinate sentence. 

In Guadalupe County, Marion Boston was arrested on February 25 for an outstanding warrant for Continuous Sexual Abuse of a Young Child. The United States Marshals Lone Star Fugitive Task Force assisted in this apprehension. 

In Harris County, Michael Ray Hackney was arrested on February 18 for violating the terms of his parole by missing required meetings. Hackney was previously convicted of Aggravated Rape with a Deadly Weapon and sentenced to 60 years in prison.  

In Harris County, Reymundo Rodriguez Lopez, a confirmed Tri City Bombers Gang member, was arrested on February 14 for violating the terms of his parole by fighting and a corresponding warrant was issued. Lopez was previously convicted of Aggravated Sexual Assault of a Child and sentenced to 10 years probation. His probation was revoked in 2000 and he was then sentenced to 6 years in prison. Lopez is currently on parole for a conviction out of Hidalgo County for Possession of Controlled Substance and Unlawful Possession of a Firearm, where he received a 6-year prison sentence.  

In Harris County, Bianca Williams was arrested on February 14 for violating the terms of her parole by being charged with Driving While Intoxicated. Williams was previously convicted of Driving While Intoxicated in Harris County and sentenced to two years in prison. The United States Marshals Service, Gulf Coast Violent Offender and Fugitive Task Force assisted with this arrest. 

In Harris County, Darion Capers was arrested on February 14 for open felony warrants for Aggravated Robbery-Deadly Weapon (Bond Forfeiture), and Assault Family/Household Member-Impede Breath and Retaliation. The United States Marshals Service, Gulf Coast Violent Offender and Fugitive Task Force assisted in this apprehension. 

In Harris County, Aaron Hill was arrested on February 15 for violating the terms of his parole by failing to attend sex offender classes. Hill was previously convicted of Aggravated Sexual Assault in Bell County and sentenced to 20 years in prison.  

In Harris County, Carl Lee Mason was arrested on February 15 for an outstanding warrant for Sexual Assault. The Gulf Coast Violent Offender Task Force in Galveston assisted with this arrest. 

In Harris County, Robert Norman Bousquet was arrested on February 23 for violating the terms of his parole by accessing sexually based website. Bousquet was previously convicted of Indecency with a Child and sentenced to 42 years in prison.  

In Kitsap County (State of Washington), Jacob Paul Northrup was arrested on February 24 for failure to maintain sex offender registration. Northrup was previously convicted of two counts Aggravated Sexual Assault of a Child and was sentenced to 3 years in prison. Northrup also had warrants for Probation Violation – Manufacture/Delivery of a Controlled Substance and Failure to Register as a Sex Offender. This arrest was made after a request for assistance from the Ellis County Sheriff's Office. 

In Smith County, Parker Duncan Reynolds was arrested on February 14 for violating his parole by failing to report. Reynolds was previously convicted of Possession of a Controlled Substance and Unlawful Possession of a Firearm by a Felon and was sentenced to 5 years in prison. Reynolds was previously convicted of Unlawful Possession of a Firearm by a Felon and Manufacture/Delivery of a Controlled Substance and was sentenced to 8 years in prison. Joint East Texas Fugitive Task Force assisted in this apprehension after the Texas Anti-Gang Center requested aid. 

In Smith County, Aaron Davonte Wallace was arrested on February 25 for an outstanding warrant for Kidnapping. The Joint East Texas Fugitive Task Force, the Tyler Police Department, Texas Anti-Gang personnel, and the Smith County Sheriff’s Office assisted with this arrest. 

In Smith County, Teresa Swan Fletcher was arrested on February 25 for an outstanding warrant for Kidnapping. The Joint East Texas Fugitive Task Force, the Tyler Police Department, Texas Anti-Gang personnel, and the Smith County Sheriff’s Office assisted with this arrest. 

In Tarrant County, Camerone Christopher McGowan was arrested on February 14 for an outstanding warrant for Indecency with a Child by the Tarrant County Sheriff’s Office. 

In Travis County, Jaylon Tyrell Miller was arrested on February 18 for an outstanding warrant for Murder. The United States Marshals Lone Star Fugitive Task Force assisted in this apprehension.  

In Travis County, Luis Campos De La Cruz was arrested on February 23 for an outstanding warrant for Indecency with a Child. The United States Marshals Lone Star Fugitive Task Force assisted with this arrest. 

In Williamson County, Joshua Dominic McKinley was arrested on February 14 for an outstanding warrant for Murder. The United States Marshals Lone Star Fugitive Task Force assisted in this apprehension. 

In Williamson County, TG Yamron was arrested on February 23 for two outstanding warrants for Sexual Assault. The United States Marshals Lone Star Fugitive Task Force assisted with this arrest.
