CHILD EXPLOITATION UNIT 

In McLennan County, U.S. Marshalls arrested Steven Rathbun on March 11 on a federal arrest warrant without incident after a grand jury returned an indictment for possession of visual depictions of sexual activities by minors. This case came from an NCMEC CyberTipline report involving child pornography uploaded to a social media account.   

HUMAN TRAFFICKING UNIT 

In Travis County, Dustin Cody McCall was served with four warrants for possession of child pornography on March 23 at the Travis County Jail where he was incarcerated on an unrelated robbery probation violation.  Images were located on McCall’s cellphone after a search warrant was executed that forensics revealed to be child pornography. Additional charges for sexual assault are pending a cloud search warrant.  

FUGITIVE APPREHENSION UNIT 

In Bastrop County, Hassan Mohamed Selah was arrested on March 21 for failing to comply with the terms of his parole by cutting his ankle monitor. Selah was previously convicted of sexual assault of a child and sentenced to 7 years of probation. His probation was later revoked and Selah was sentenced to 5 years in prison. Selah is currently on parole for failing to comply as a registered sex offender.  

In Bexar County, Arthur Daniel Garcia was arrested on March 16 for failure to comply with the terms of his parole by failing a polygraph. Garcia was previously convicted of aggravated sexual assault of a child and sentenced to 10 years of probation. His probation was later revoked, and Garcia was sentenced to 12 years in prison. 

In Bexar County, Alejandro Arias was arrested on March 22 for outstanding warrants for burglary of a vehicle with more than two convictions, felon in possession of a firearm, and two counts of theft of a firearm, burglary of a vehicle with more than two convictions and possession of weapon. The United States Marshals Lone Star Fugitive Task Force assisted with this apprehension. 

In Bexar County, Rolando Acosta was arrested on March 24 for violating the terms of his parole by incurring new charges for evading arrest with a vehicle and criminal mischief. Acosta was previously convicted of sexual assault of a child and sentenced to four years in prison.  

In Bexar County, David Garcia was arrested on March 24 for three outstanding warrants for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. The United States Marshals Lone Star Fugitive Task Force assisted with this arrest. 

In Bexar County, Guzman Zambrano was arrested on March 24 for violating the terms of his parole by failing to report. Zambrano was previously convicted of murder and sentenced to life in prison.  

In Bexar County, Jose Rafael Valdez was arrested on March 29 for failure to comply with the terms of his parole by cutting his monitor. Valdez was previously convicted as a juvenile of aggravated sexual assault of a child and sentenced to 21 months of juvenile probation. Valdez is currently on parole for manslaughter and failure to comply with sex offender duty to register. 

In Bexar County, Alfonso Anthony Ponce was arrested on March 29 for outstanding warrants for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, possession of a controlled substance and felon in possession of a firearm. The United States Marshals Lone Star Fugitive Task Force assisted with this apprehension. 

In Comal County, Jacob Matthew Dopinghaus was arrested on March 29 for an outstanding warrant for capital murder. The United States Marshals Lone Star Fugitive Task Force assisted with this arrest. 

In Dallas County, Jesse Joel Dominguez was arrested on March 15 for an outstanding warrant for two counts of bond forfeiture and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. Dominguez is a confirmed Tango Blast Gang member.           

In Dallas County, Vicente Munos was arrested on March 29 for an outstanding warrant for aggravated sexual assault of a child and outstanding warrants for unlawful possession of body armor by a felon, possession of marijuana, and unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon. The Grand Prairie Police Department, Arlington Fugitive Unit, Mid-Cities Narcotics Unit, and the Dallas Police Department Fugitive Unit assisted with this arrest.                                                                                                  

In Dewitt County, Christopher Adrian Rodriguez was arrested on March 15 for failure to comply with the terms of his parole by denying his parole officer an in-home visit. Rodriguez was previously convicted as a juvenile of aggravated sexual assault of a child and sentenced to 24 months of probation. Rodriguez is currently on parole for assault of a public servant and aggravated assault, serious bodily injury. 

In Galveston County, Madison Ruth Oliver was arrested on March 14 for two outstanding warrants for theft of firearm and burglary of habitation. The Gulf Coast Violent Offender Task Force assisted in this arrest. 

In Galveston County, Adrien Trevon Curry was arrested on March 14 on an outstanding warrant for harassment of a public servant, three outstanding warrants for theft of a firearm, burglary of a habitation, and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.  The Gulf Coast Violent Offender Task Force assisted with this arrest.  

In Galveston County, Donald James Rose was arrested on March 24 for two outstanding warrants for aggravated sexual assault of a child. The Gulf Coast Violent Offender Task Force assisted with this apprehension. 

In Galveston County, Justin Boss was arrested on March 30 for an outstanding warrant for evading arrest, and a new charge for possession of a controlled substance for methamphetamine was issued at the time of his arrest. The Gulf Coast Violent Offender Task Force assisted with this arrest. 

In Harris County, Adam Rene Vasquez was arrested on March 17 for failure to comply with mandated sex offender registration requirements. Vasquez was previously convicted of two counts of sexual assault and sentenced to two years in prison.  

In Harris County, Kristen Anthony Cabezas was arrested for an outstanding warrant for aggravated robbery and violating the terms of his parole by absconding. Cabezas was previously convicted of burglary of a habitation and sentenced to seven years in prison. The United States Marshals Gulf Coast Violent Offender Task Force assisted with this arrest. 

In Harris County, Jonathan Latroy Lee was arrested on March 24 for an open felony warrant for compelling prostitution, open felony warrants for procedures for offenders of another state, domestic abuse, and second-degree kidnapping.  Lee is a convicted sex offender who was previously convicted of compelling prostitution and sentenced to four years of probation. The United States Marshals Service, Gulf Coast Violent Offender and Fugitive Task Force assisted with this apprehension.  

In Harris County, Morris Hayden Fuselier was arrested on March 24 for an outstanding warrant for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. The Gulf Coast Violent Offender Task Force and Harris County Precinct 2 Constables Office assisted with this arrest. 

In Harris County, Eliseo Deleon was arrested on March 25 for violating the terms of his parole by missing court ordered classes. Deleon was previously convicted of possession of cocaine with intent to deliver and sentenced to 10 years in prison.  

In Harris County, Duane Lamarr Williams was arrested on March 29 for failure to comply with mandated sex offender registration requirements. Williams was previously convicted of aggravated sexual assault of a child and sentenced to 10 years in prison. 

In Harris County, Zachary Adams was arrested on March 30 for an outstanding warrant for murder. The Gulf Coast Violent Offender Task Force, Galveston Police Department Special Ops Unit, K-9, and Harris County Precinct 2 Constables Office Special Ops Unit and Houston Police Department assisted with this arrest. 

In Smith County, Hollis Earl Landers was arrested on March 22 for failure to maintain sex offender registration requirements. Landers was previously convicted of indecency with a child by contact and was sentenced to 15 years in prison. Landers had outstanding warrants for bond forfeiture and possession of controlled substance. The Joint East Texas Fugitive Task Force assisted with this apprehension. 

In Smith County, Kendall Ward Thomas was arrested on March 25 for an outstanding warrant for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and an outstanding warrant for possession of marijuana. Thomas is a confirmed Five Deuce Hoover Crip Gang member. The Joint East Texas Fugitive Task Force assisted with this apprehension. 

In Tarrant County, Keiwone Demond Morris was arrested on March 22 for two outstanding warrants for capital murder. The Arlington Fugitive Unit assisted with this arrest. 

In Tarrant County, Alec Zander Dewitt Bastien was arrested on March 23 for an outstanding warrant for indecency with a child. 

In Travis County, Jerome Yancey was arrested on March 22 for an outstanding warrant for bail personal recognizance murder. Yancey is a confirmed Bloods gang member. The United States Marshals Lone Star Fugitive Task Force assisted with his apprehension.  

In Travis County, Christopher Paul Duplantier was arrested on March 22 for outstanding warrants for robbery and interference with emergency request for assistance. The United States Marshals Lone Star Fugitive Task Force assisted with this arrest. 

In Travis County, Dillon Averyn Trueba was arrested on March 28 for an outstanding warrant for sexual assault. The United States Marshals Lone Star Fugitive Task Force assisted with this apprehension. 

In Travis County, Luis Manuel Flores Salcedo was arrested on March 29 for two outstanding warrants for continuous sexual abuse of a child under 14 and tampering with a witness. The United States Marshals Lone Star Fugitive Task Force assisted with this arrest. 

In Williamson County, Javier Gonzales Vences was arrested on March 17 for violating the terms of his parole by absconding from his approved residence. Vences was previously convicted as a juvenile of indecency with a child sexual contact and sentenced to 24 months of probation. Vences is currently on parole for a 2018 conviction for burglary of a habitation, where he was sentenced to four years in prison. 

In Williamson County, Jelani Devon Williams was arrested on March 23 for outstanding warrants for sexual assault of a child and possession of child pornography. 

In Williamson County, Norman Douglas Martin was arrested on March 24 for an outstanding warrant for aggravated sexual assault of a child. The United States Marshals Lone Star Fugitive Task Force assisted with this apprehension.
