Cash Payments through Smart e-Pay 

Where can I find a Smart e-Pay location? 

Visit the cash payment locations on the Smart e-Pay website to find a payment location near you. Locations in your area may include select convenience stores, grocery stores and retail pharmacies. 

How do I make a payment at a Smart e-Pay location? 

After confirming your nearest location information, visit the Cash Payment section of the Smart e-Pay website. Be prepared to provide the following information: 

  • Noncustodial parent's first and last name
  • Noncustodial parent's social security number
  • OAG 10-digit case number 

You will be provided with a barcode from Vanilla Direct Pay to scan upon acceptance of your cash or money order payment at a Vanilla Direct Pay payment location. Upon payment acceptance, the funds will be posted to your child support account within seven business days.  

Where can I find my OAG 10-digit case number? 

You can find your OAG 10-digit case number on your monthly billing statement or on Your Online Account. You will need your OAG 10-digit case number for all the following options. 

Will I be charged a fee, or are there limits for Smart e-Pay cash payments? 

A service fee of $2.00 will be assessed with each payment. 

You may pay $1.00 up to and including $500.00 per payment. The daily limit for this service is $2,500.00, and the monthly limit is $10,000.00.

Where can I find a TouchPay kiosk? 

TouchPay kiosks are located around the state to make it as easy as possible for you to make your child support payments. To find the kiosk nearest to you, visit our kiosk locations page

What do I need to make a payment at a TouchPay kiosk? 

The only information you need is your OAG 10-digit case number and your last name. 

Will I be charged a fee to use TouchPay? 

Yes, there are fees when using the TouchPay kiosk.
