Excerpts from Fed­er­al Judge’s Order Admon­ish­ing Oba­ma Admin­is­tra­tion for Mis­lead­ing Court

In an order released Tuesday evening, a federal judge in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas found that the Obama Administration misled the court regarding early implementation of expanded work permits to illegal immigrants and granted limited discovery in the case. In a separate order, also issued Tuesday evening, the judge denied the Administration’s request to immediately implement executive amnesty.

Fed­er­al Judge Rules Oba­ma Admin­is­tra­tion Mis­led Court Regard­ing Exec­u­tive Amnesty

Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton today released the following statement regarding a ruling by a federal judge in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas that finds the Obama Administration misled the court regarding early implementation of expanded work permits to illegal immigrants.
