Edinburg Mayor, Wife Arrested in Organized Illegal Voting Scheme
Attorney General Ken Paxton today announced that the Election Fraud Unit of his office arrested city of Edinburg Mayor Richard Molina and his wife, Dalia, for voter fraud.
