Description
Galena Park ISD offices and campuses have been closed for 2 days following the storms that moved through the Houston area last Friday, May 17, 2024, that caused significant damage and resulted in a large portion of the area being without power. Much of of the district and many staff members were personally impacted and therefore the district called for a closure without requiring staff to work remotely.
